  1. Thank you for the reply Joe and Brad.
  2. Is this a matter of converting my old stuff to an acceptable format? I know that the PX5S and PX560 can download patches online and load them on the keyboard. I am wondering if a similar thing can be accomplished by recording the sample, save it as a WAV. file and be able to "map it out" on the Casio...?
  3. I understand exactly how you feel Lanceg13. The drawbars are kind of deal breaker for me. I want to get rid of all my keyboards and have this one. The speakers are nice touch- although I would see it more a need. Especially if the board can be battery powered. Another concern is the implications of the new AiX sound engine of the Casio CT-X. I wondering if Casio will be releasing a new top of the line board with the better sound engine.
  4. I am sorry for the ignorance of my following questions. I have been interested in the Casio PX-560 for a few months. Although I do I have few concerns about the ability to load new patches on to the Casio. My particular situation in involves an older Korg (specifically Korg 01/Wpro) where I would like to be able to transfer some patches from that keyboard and load it on to the Casio. Is this possible? If so, does anyone how? I appreciate your time and answers. Thank you.
  5. I am sorry for the ignorance of this question. I have been wanting to get a Casio PX-560 for a while although I still have some concerns about some the boards abilities. I was wondering up to what depths the organ patches can be changed? I know the keyboard does not have drawbars, but it is possible to configure the prominence of (a) certain stop(s) on-screen? Can a rotary effect be assigned to the modulation wheel? If so, is it graded? Rather, will it react to how far up or down I move the modulation wheel?
