  1. So...I want a clav with that has auto-wah as well as an amp simulation. These can both be added with the DSP effects, but it seems like I can only use 1 DSP effect at a time for the entire stage setting. Is this correct? if so, does anyone have any workaround ideas for getting amp simulation with auto-wah?
  2. Was wondering if I could configure a slider to control the output to the headphone jack(monitors) separate from the line out. For instance, I could ideally turn off the output to the PA from the keyboard while still hearing it through headphone monitors. This possible?
  3. Thanks! so, lets say I record 6 different tracks using 6 different PX instruments onto my DAW. Would the casio be able to play them all back simultto render the song?
  4. So here's my dream: I can just plug the px into my laptop and use it to create songs using the built in keyboard instruments over midi, directly onto a daw (likely reaper). To do that, would I need both a MIDI USB AND an audio line out from the PX hooked into my laptop? or would able to do it all over MIDI usb alone? What's the simplest way to accomplish what I have in mind here? Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks
  5. thanks! the filter was my next question. So when something is set to ON in the stage set filter, it can still be changed, but it does not very by stage setting. That correct?
  6. I was messing around the compressor, and I just have a couple questions about how the master effects work. I noticed that it seemed to be across all stage settings , but in order to save the compressor settings you have to resave the current stage setting. In other words, it reads changes to the compressor as a stage setting change, even though it's global. Is that right?
  7. so sorry, when I meant ZFT I meant ZPF! I assume those are the stage setting file, right? But then why would you need multiple of them (see screenshot)? Did Mike just post the old as well as updated versions, along with the associated individual tones? Thanks again fellas:)
  8. when going through the stage setting downloads, I noticed that some, (such as Mike's updated herbie'sroadz) have multiple .zft and .zlt files under the download tab. Why would you need the zlt if the instruments are contained within the stage setting file, and more importantly, why would you need multiple ZFT files? Just a little confused, Thanks:)
  9. recently purchased this board, and getting a feel for the arpeggiator. The hold feature on it makes sense, but I have a question. I know I can have each zone trigger a different arpeggio, but can I have one zone on arpeggio hold with another merely having it on (but not on hold). It seems right now as if the hold feature affects all zones, or none at all. Thanks!
