Thanks Choppin for the info. I would have been looking in all the settings if I hand't found this post. I plugged a Yamaha pedal as a second pedal (not as a damper, but as a controller) and it was inverting (I have configured a stage setting so that the pedal2 activates zone 2, and this was happening when not depressing the pedal, and not happening when I was depressing the pedal). I rebooted the piano with the pedal plugged in, and all worked well.
