  1. Thanks for all your comments. As I said above, the keyboard is at my grandson's house, an hour away. I may not be able to get back there for a while. But when I do, I have several non-invasive things to try. On my thread on Keyboard Corner, a few people, including Mike Martin, said to check the temperament setting which seems like a good idea.
  2. Just the D notes, all the D's. That's what's so odd.
  3. no. the keyboard is at my grandson's house, an hour away. I may not be able to get back there for a while. Has this problem come up before? Would doing a reset help?
  4. The D note on my Casio PX-S1000 is way out of tune all up and down the keyboard. It's very flat. It makes the keyboard unusable. How can I fix it?
  5. Yes I've watched the tutorial videos. I'll look again.
  6. For example, I can't figure out how to do this: I wish I could get a step-by-step instruction for how to do this: "step 1 - push this button, step 2 - press this" etc.
  7. For the life of me I can't figure out the logic of changing DSP parameters. I tried to change the effects on the Galaxia EP and now ALL my sounds sound like that EP – Grand Piano, organ, everything. In the window there is now an L in the middle. What does that mean? How do I get my grand piano sound back? I have a party to play tomorrow night. What's going on with my S3000? Edit: turns out I had hit the split function so that every voice was split with the Galaxia EP over the whole keyboard. But I'm still mystified about how changing the tone parameters works.
