No sound at all from my ctk 6000

Any help please, still no sound. Help!!!!! -
I have a ctk6000 for some reason it will not play sound from speakers onboarding or put any sound out of any of the Jack's. I love this workstation and would love to use it please help. Also everything in the function and set up has been rest to default. It shows it should be making sound on the display but nothing.
