  1. Hi, I recently bought a CT-X5000 out of curiosity and so far I haven's done anything with it apart from converting the Appendix to more readable A4 sheets. My main keyboard is a Genos and I am finding lots of things to keep me occupied with that at the moment as there are umpteen handbooks to go through. The CT-X5000 has a different feel to the keys, but that is probably because I'm not conversant with Casio keyboards. I cannot understand why the red paint around the speakers, it does nothing for the sound and cosmetically it does not do anything at all as it is hidden behind the grill. I do wonder how many have tried to lever the grill off. Yamaha's KS-SW100 Sub-woofer, which I have for my PSR-EW410 works well on the CT-X5000 if you want to add more bass. You just plug it into the Line Out left/Mono channel.

I am a CT-X5000 owner and I thought I would try to copy the two rhythms you wanted for you. I was not able to accomplish this. It may be possible but I don't know how to go about it and can't understand the manual...surprise!! Good luck! It I am able to figure it out, I will try to help you...but don't put your heart into my success with this. My 75 year old brain struggles with those sort of things.
