CTK-6200 User

Hi Jenny, Thanks for getting back to me. I transferred each file in turn and got the stated error message. I then changed the target folders for the User Data Folder Path and Wave File Folder Path and I was then able to transfer my files. For some reason, the target folder with my files had changed, but managed to find these by looking for the Casio folder - then EMI - Data Manager - User Data.

Hi everyone! My PC User data files are all missing! I was about to perform a transfer from my CTK-6200 keyboard, when I realized that there no files showing from previous transfers when I select Song Sequencer. I checked the User Data File Folder Path and there are only empty folders. I'm also getting a 'File Write Error' when I try to backup or transfer files from my keyboard to my laptop. Please see attached screenshots. Is there anyone who can advise me on how I can retrieve my files please?
