When I press F# and G# key on 4th octave with moderately high velocity..the keys produce sound when pressed and also when released...twice!!!

My casio px 560m starts with transpose +02..even though its transpose is 00...for normal playing I need to transpose it -02......But I fixed this bug by entering into midi recorder mode and hitting the monitor button....but I have to do this everytime...anyone having this bug please respond!!!
