  2. Ah, no... it is a generic-looking black one like that, but not exactly. Perhaps the music store gave me the wrong pedal? anything else I can do in the meantime?
  3. I don’t have the sp3, just the cheap little black pedal that came with it. Does the s1000 not autosense polarity? Neither of my pedals have a polarity switch. I didn’t see anything in the manual about setting particular functions on the pedals other than what the pedal does. Maybe I missed a polarity setting?
  4. I just purchased a new Casio Privia px-s1000 The included damper pedal seems to turn *off* sustain when the pedal is pressed instead of the other way around. I also tried a cheap spare pedal that came from my old Roland and the same thing happens. Is there any way to switch this so that I get sustain when I press the pedal?
