  1. Hi there and thank you all for any help you can offer I'm the proud owner of a PX-S3000 Is there a Human whistle sound on the PX-S3000 somewhere? ... If so where is it? Also, with so many sounds, is there a search engine somewhere? I'd like to be able to find any sound on my own and quickly with a simple search. If a sound search exists somewhere for the PX S3000 ... where can I find that? I thank you all, J.S.
  2. Hi Brad, and Joe, Thank you guys! Believe it or not, my Casio PX-S3000 did not come with those two manuals. Are they online only? I would really love to have hard copies of those, so that I could read them at my leisure ... old school style (NOT off of a phone or laptop). Anyway, now that I have those links, the whole thing became clear. As soon as I went to those links, I was able to to do what Joe said, and now I have access to many, many sounds to have fun with, as well as other useful information on the keyboard. Thanks again guys, and have a great rest of your weekend! Joe I do have one que
  3. Hello all, and forgive me for being a newbie both here and with my new instrument, I now own a Casio PX-S3000 I LOVE the look of the instrument, and I like the few stock on-board easily accessible sounds that have come from the factory. That being said, I must say, sorry, don't like the instruction manual at all, and the online instruction manual looks exactly the same. It's not laid out well, with tiny, tiny words, and I find it to be confusing, and not user friendly at all. What ever happened to a book with a table of contents, pages containing a walk-through sounds list, , and an index in the back of the book? It has been stated that this instrument has 700 on board sounds, GREAT, but so far, I've not found an easy way to access those, NOR have I found an online page, where all of those are listed, categorized, along with (and most importantly), an easy walk-through on how to access those. This instrument came with 5 stock on-board surface sounds, and on the far right a 6th button that says "other" If I say select EP I see "001 Galaxia EP" .. if I hit that button again, I see "025 Amp Clavi" if I hit the button a third time .. I see "031 Ambient Vibes" ... If I hit the button a fourth time .... I'm back to "001 Galaxia EP" With the exception of the button on the far right that says "other" which scrolls through 14 sounds ... the first 5 buttons only scroll through about 2, or 3 or sounds each, before returning to the original. This is frustrating, and therefore, to me ... so far ... this instrument only has about 30 sounds. I feel very stupid asking for help on this, but please help me. I'm willing to bet that I'm not the first person to have this problem, and I probably will not be the last. Checking YouTube, I've found several more advanced videos, on how to edit the sounds of the instrument, and those are quite good, but HOW in the world do I say, easily scroll through, and one by one, audition, all of the Rhodes sounds that this instrument has (I'm guessing there are at least 5 STOCK Rhodes sounds) , or all of the synth sounds, or all of the acoustic piano sounds? I'll bet there are at least 20 acoustic piano sounds. Where are they? If you please, is there a video that covers the absolute RAW BASICS on how to navigate this instrument, explaining how to access the many sounds it has? OR, almost as good, can you just tell me how to access all the sounds here? Once I can do that, THEN I can go on to the edit sounds videos, and experience all of the other wonderful things this instrument can do. Information on how to access, and navigate through the many sounds of the Casio PX-S3000, is what would help me tremendously at this point, and I would be very grateful. Thank you all, and have a great weekend! Joe
