Hey guys,
First off, I could not find the 720 category therefore if I have posted in the wrong forum, please advise.
I have a Privia-720 and one of the key does not play. I have opened the piano down to the circuit board and given it a thorough clean. After playing around with is, I found out the note plays fine then the rubber contact piece is pressed diagonally, or at an angle. When it is pressed vertically, as it would by the key when its pressed, the note doesn't play.
I have recorded a video and will post here once I figure out how to.
Please help.
