When playing an edited tone in a registration and I wish to return to a preset such as Piano, the preset continues to have split and layer. I have to turn off the keyboard to get the original presets

When I exit a registration tone I have to turn the keyboard off in order to access the regular tones. I'm sure I'm missing an elementary solution, but can't find one

New S3000 owner, Baby Boomer but still playing with drummer and both using harmonizers and backing tracks ( for some songs ). Would like to record my own tracks ( typically click and bass ) and transfer to itunes. I then can attach an mp3 to Songbook Plus program which I use for live performances. Any suggestions? Low tech 72 year old so please keep it simple. Band motto "IT AIN'T OVER YET"

The AC adaptor for my new 3000 is labeled AD-A12150LW, as is the adaptor for my four year old 350. Would I be safe in using the old one as a backup? Thanks!
