  1. Thanks again Mike. I left a message on their "chat" feature and they got back to me today so we'll see if this goes somewhere. Side note - this is my first interaction with this message board and I'm pleasantly surprised at how helpful you folks have been. Much appreciated!
  2. Thanks. Yeah, the main HQ appears to be shut down for COVID-19 and the phones just give you the message to use the online chat feature which doesn't exist. Definitely familiar with/a fan of Jameco from various other projects. I didn't see anything that was an exact match, but I can definitely get "close enough" if I can't find an exact replacement.
  3. Being frank, the support site is terrible. Just trying to plug in the model number on the online request form doesn't work, with no indication as to why (the page just does nothing). The phone number has a canned message saying to use the online chat, but I can't find any real online chat option - there is a thing that they call a "chat" and looks like a chat, but there's no chatting, you just leave a message and they say they'll get back to you. There's some indication that I should contact a place in California called "The Time Machine" ... what? It's all very confused and discouraging.
  4. Thanks, Joe. I checked their site (that's where I found the other speaker), but I did not contact them directly. I'll give that a shot. And thanks as well, Mike. Honestly dealing with warranty repairs for something this simple isn't a fun option for me. A speaker swap, once the part is obtained, will take approximately 3 minutes and these speakers are usually pretty cheap. Me having the unit in my possession through this, not having to move it, and knowing the job was done right are all more valuable to me than saving a few bucks. I did visit that link you sent and the pacparts.com website it directed me to did not have the part but I did send them an email to inquire about it. We'll see if I hear back.
  5. The bottom, right speaker on my PX-870 seems to have blown out (rattly when played at volume). I am having some trouble finding a replacement specifically for this. I searched online at various instrument parts places, ebay, reverb and amazon and nobody seems to have a replacement speaker specific to this model. I removed the speaker and there's no parts marking on it. I did find this: https://www.fullcompass.com/prod/539898-casio-10474441-px-760-45-replacement-speaker It's for PX-760, but it looks like the same part and I certainly wouldn't be surprised to learn that Casio was sharing the parts between these models. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
