You can only play uncompressed PCM .wav files from the pen drive, and I think one at a time. If you need many, you could generate a single .wav file with the playlist. Although maybe it's better to have an external mp3 player connected to Audio in.

I don't think there's a default sound which sounds similar enough, although there are a few which can be used, and you can tweak them to try to make them more similar. These are my suggestions (in order of tones, not preference):
Strings / 016 Syn-Strings2: not that similar but has a nice powerful bass.
Synth / 054 PolySynth: again, not that similar but just an option to play around, probably reducing the Release Time.
Synth / 084 Space Pad: this one sounded quite nice to me, the Release Time may also be a bit too long.
Hex Layer / 040 FastOctStrng: this one of course sounds more real and less synthy, but might still be worth a try. Layers 4 and 5 are a bit too bright/high, so I think it's better without them.
