  1. File Name: Chirps FX File Submitter: XW-Addict File Submitted: 27 Jul 2015 File Category: XW-G1 Sampled Instrument FILE. Load into sample player then go to Tone User bank 200 and select the bank where the file is loaded in. Experimented with reverse recording with the sampler and edited with external recorder by recording the sound into it and slowed down the speed then using the XW-G1 editor to make the patch all done with experimenting. What I've done is recorded a step sequence called ReverseForwrd (available for download from interstellar pakage) and recorded it as a reverse loop then I recorded that back into the roland micro br80 and played it back by slowing the playback speed to 25% this is different on the micro br80 because you retain the same fidelty as you would with normal speed but now slower which gives a different sonic Fx. I liked it so much that I recorded it back into my computer chopped the good bits out and imported them as multiple waves into the XW-G1 editor and made this patch out of it one word. AWESOME. 2. Nope I only have from Casio G1 and PX5S I though the last would fit better then P1 taking "Real" piano lessons and I did G1 can be purchased secondhand for butt-cheap lately only shops still price for around 300/400 Euro's
  3. Does that fast track support USB Midi? How does Audio feeds into that audio interface? Does fast track still belongs to M-audio?

Before installing don't forget to store you're own patches in user space . Thank you for downloading Its not finished yet and this package not in order meaning some file needs more tweaks but I guess better now then 2later to upload .. Missing are Phrases , Arpeggio's and linking performance to step sequences but experiment along and something will come up if you mix them a bit. Some patches have buttons assigned use them to get a nice blend of sonic, Some patches have arpeggio . Some patches Solely build for use with looper. Some patches experimental XD like hey gotta try something news once a while. Some patches may be terrible that way but fun in the other. Some patches and stepsequence are still under construction. What I'm missing is using the solo-synth within performance patches I've discovered It would make a bigger difference which will be the next thing some. Enjoy.

  8. Aah you will be lost now and are one of the belonging kind you're hooked so are we there's no shame great piece nice to hear some P1 orchestra high five
  9. Ummm I still don't get it what it means I'm guessing now that its some kind of real time mixer like the XW does when you create a step sequence and record filter type. I hope to see some demo to understand this better.
  10. Some of my noodling. Recycling step sequences and overwriting them is what I'm good at lately lucky I don't overwrite some good one so I carefully create new tunes on top of them and edit them slightly. I'm starting to get the feel for creating clean performances not so muddy just a bit . More NOodlings now in reverse . Keys Of Thrones.MP3 Little Ants Moving Around.MP3 Little Green Frog.MP3 Synthsymphony.MP3 BeGoneHacks.MP3 ClockWorkYellow.MP3 MistyMeadows.MP3
  11. Ahah so I'll take it for what the PX-560M is follows suite with the x50 series so where looking at something like that to which the PX5S also belongs to. Although a bit lost how to place them I was thinking marketing wise Casio changed direction cause it seemed odd that presenting the 560 took long. And this still in beta 560 is the totally different ball game for this kind of keyboards, Makes sense to me now. If there is a change in products line why they just don't say so or is reluctant silence a bigger give away of new things to come. Just to let you know the net is buzzing about Casio coming up quietly with stuff that as good for pro's as for amateur or hobbyist , Just as Roland does with their new line of synth and Yamaha also changing track to meet a generation of musicians. fool me once shame on you fool me twice can't put the blame on you Nice marketing. I'm fond about the XW step sequencing its the one most used on the XW tons of options and versatile sound movements. On the 360 there is a curious new feature with the midi-recording according to the specs the 360 has 16 multi-tracks and 1 systems track, What is a system track would this be a complete new Midi recorder.
  12. Whats this you're up in cloud nine eh Gary you need to come back to earth that is not a synth like the PX5S and neither a workstation, Which can't be cause none of the PX series shown to be capable of WS functionality. Those are more like arrangers totally.
  13. Cross that particular limit often, A difficult work around I tried out "try"it is using the phrase at the same Bpm which in turn changes in timing problems. Its nice to get an inspiration running but sad if you need have to set limits on it. My case that helps to limit sounds to get a groove less muddy. As usual you top it man you're grooves and useful practice tips although I'm not that much into jazz it certainly helps much getting a nicer playing style.
  14. Wonder what the M stands for one thing for sure it probably doesn't have a synth except for the hexlayers, I guess it would get the marked S as well if it we're.
  15. Hello there RichF greetings I'm looking forward much like you're demonstration ,presentation and off course the way you play the key's.
  16. Nice performances on CGP I'm burning to know what the PX560 does been on my toe since yesterday :|
  17. Piano/synthesizer you've probably hit that nail right or not it seems like it isn't it
  18. Go figure ,Its still a surprise and baffling cause for a part it seems like it but then its not something of a fixed picture. Its just like the XW synths it isn't a workstation but performs like it, Or the PX5 a piano/synthesizer with performance capability's . But above all that they do give strong performances once you figure them out. A small part to overcome. Every new addition also gets improvements and significant upgrades it seems. And true the CGP-700 sounds good, Wonder how the PX560 would cause that ones specs raises eyebrows seems to be build as a workstation. Hard to claim tho by specs alone but one thing sure these keyboard are a whole different game targeting several markets home use , study and stage. Price not lying about it neither . The though of wishful thinking for a workstation synth I think keeping for myself Casio way to surprising guessing that right . Expected an XW-SA type keyboard for travel tho
  19. Yamaha released the Reface four products small key form factor have to admit they are pretty awesome!. Fits nicely with the current scene live performance with small synths rocking it out. So and the CGP-700 is also out Multi Expressive Integrated sound source for the Compact Digital keyboards. Where expecting at least a portable mini key's like the SA46 but then in XW format. *sigh
  20. Oooh its out and looks portable JOY *Excitement saw the peek at Casio Music Gear Twitter arrived just now
  21. Umm I got here and there on the web and this guy said. http://www.synthzone.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/topic/53906/gonew/1 Physical modelling anyone going to ride the would be rumor train for this cause I don't want to burn for speculating that far ahead.
  22. Begun has the teaser season to new gears, Set phaser to gear hunt mode Captain there going to be lots in the wild.
