I recently bought a pxs1000 and tried connecting it with my phone ( OnePlus 6 ) with a USB b to USB c cable however the Casio app ( I downloaded the right one chordana play for piano) shows the message requires connection with a digital piano and other apps also don't show that the piano is connected. I got the cable replaced but still the problem persists. What is the solution?
