Thank you for that info. Looks like you are correct and it needs service. I purchased it new from sweetwater in March of 2019. I will email sweetwater today as I do not recall what the warranty was and I do not have any of the paperwork. Thanks again for your responding.
Hi - I have a Privia PX-360 which does not boot up past the Casio Privia screen. I've searched this forum and the internet but did not find anyone with this problem. Is there a hard reset for this keyboard? Thank You for any help.
