WK 7500 transposed itself and won't reset

in my casio wk 7500 i did realize when i tried to learn through apps,i found my keys has shifted to backwards one full note back, like my C is ,Bb flat, D is C. i dont know how to reset it or is it a malfumction? is it a problem of Casio models? i was thinking the apps were not right all the time, everything i tried, all apps seems to be wrong. and than i used the tuner, and i realize its not an app its keyboard problem. Does anyone have solution for this , or does anyone know factory setting for wk 7500. -
