Is there any way to repair damaged Tones CT-X700?

I bought my son CTX700 dec 2019, it was working fine until this month. Same case some keys are not working properly when using tones from 001-015. No history of falling or getting wet etc. just one day it decided to break BC6060D3-0B29-4D1A-BD10-7035753FB4D5.MOV
