I want to know how to reset my whole keyboard as the left side of the keyboard is not working when im on tone mode

I wanted to see if my second hand keyboard can reset because I cant use the left side of the keyboard while using Piano-1. I can only use all of the keyboard if I am on a melody but I cant choose what tone I want
