Hi. I have been having a problem with my Casio PX 730 where the piano produces a crackling/static sound. This sound occurs most when I am playing (and the volume of the piano sound decreases significantly as this is happening), but it also sometimes occurs if the piano is on but not being played. This problem is present using both speakers and headphones.
Weirdly, if I turn on the piano after not using it for a while it is fine, but seemingly randomly develops this problem after 10-30 minutes of playing. After this happens, no matter how many times I turn it on or off the problem persists (unless I wait a significant time).
Any ideas what could be happening?
