PX-850 won’t turn on

We have a Casio Privia PX850 that doesn’t power on now either. I have checked the power supply and it is putting out 23 volts DC (the spec on the power supply says 24 volts DC so I don’t think it is the power supply. Does anyone know if there is a fuse inside the piano control box (where the dc power supply plugs in)?
