  1. Blade Runner Opening Titles View File All the components as referenced with instructions here: Submitter Mike Martin Submitted 08/03/2021 Category XW-P1
  2. Update: I hadn't listened to this song in a long time. This original demo posted above was created hours before a NAMM show without the best reference to the original song. New v2. Improved lead tone (maybe...more accurate but I don't know that I like it better). Faster tempo Improved Step Sequence. Enjoy.
  3. I found it. My XW-P1 still has all my demo files. I'll post the link to a .Zip below which will contain the extra components. There are four components each need to be loaded in individually then you have to edit the Performance to make sure that they are referencing the proper items. This is for the "Daft Punk: End of Line" demo on the XW-P1. Solo Synth tone: OctoSynth1 - This is only a slight variation on a factory preset tone. This is used on Zone 1 of the Performance. Make sure you edit the performance to point to this tone, wherever you might have loaded it into your XW-P1. This is NOT an accurate tone to the original song but certainly was a unique version based on what the XW can do. I may revisit this. Phrase: This performance contains a Phrase which is the bass-line for the piece. You can easily hold down the lowest A, triggering the bass while you're also able to reach the bender and mod wheel with the same hand while playing the lead with your other hand. When you load in the Phrase: "Daft Bass" you'll have to make sure that the Performance references the location that you loaded into. To do this Select the Performance, press Edit, select Sequencers, scroll down select Phrase and make sure that "Daft Bass" is selected. This phrase triggers two (preset) bass tones simultaneously on Zones 3-4. Step Sequence: Basic 4 on the floor drum pattern with a repeated pad that pans Left / Right using one of the controller tracks. Select the Performance, press Edit, select Sequencers, scroll down select "Dafted" wherever it may be located on your XW. Performance: Make sure that Zone 1 and the two sequencer parts (Step and Phrase) each access their user components. Press the lowest A to begin playing the bass line, start the Step Sequencer in time. Play the lead over the top. Enjoy.

  6. No this can not be done via a firmware update, this would require a significant hardware change.
  7. I'll do my best to get my XW-P1 out tomorrow and do some digging for you. You absolutely CAN sequence the Solo Synth but I want to double check a couple things.
  8. The only driver option I can see that may work is this one: https://support.casio.com/en/support/download.php?cid=008&pid=72
  9. A change in effects change could be a cause. Are you sequencing the solo synth?
  10. John, Give it another try. I think I've fixed the issue.
  11. The LK-70S did require a driver which was written for Windows 7 and 32-bit. If you're running Windows 10 (64bit) unfortunately it will not work.
  12. Yes it is class-compliant. You need to use an Apple USB to Lightning adapter.

    New Sounds

This information has been incorrect and removed from your listing. These use sound wave sets that are not used by any of the preset tones.

    New Sounds

@mrmr9494 It is not possible to load new "wave sets" as you claim. Your file is 4.47 kB which would not be large enough to contain samples. Please revise your description or your files will be removed by the admins.
  15. Check the "Navigation Channels" in the Function menu. These are the MIDI channels which you can select to make the keys light up.
  16. Yes it is possible, I just did it in MIDI Designer.
  17. As Brad mentioned the Amp simulators all have a Gain control but they also have a separate level control. So be careful when making selections.
  18. The CDP-S350 only has a USB MIDI port. It is not possible at this time to connect this to anything utilizing Bluetooth. A third party option - CME has something coming which looks promising. https://www.cme-pro.com/widi-uhost-2021-preorder/
  19. I don't recall if there is a sub-group volume level. You could easily do this with an app like MIDI Designer other others - simultaneously adjusting the whole group from one "virtual fader".
  20. @Matt316 Brad's advice is excellent. If you change the piano's USB mode to "Storage" then you should see the piano show up as a storage device on your computer. This would confirm that USB itself is working properly. I realize you've tried different USB cables, but this is the most common problem when this occurs.
