  1. been awhile, but IIRC, i bought the 42. Took it out on tour and it worked great it.
  2. Sorry, welcome to the world of Casio "coulda, shoulda, but didn't" pain. Soooo frustrating. It's like they make it all the way 'round third base, but never make it to the plate for the homerun.
  3. yes, been there. those seems to be a global settings and not per patch/registration/my setup etc.
  4. Cool. Ok, that's a step in the right direction. Now how about the opposite? How do i save a registration with NO midi output? i.e. just the internal piano sounds. to be clear , i'm going to go back and forth from the registration suggested above (externally controlling an organ) and however this is possible. (Internal piano sending out no midi)
  5. thanks for reply. and you save that to a registration or my setup how? i.e. i need to go back and forth between local on/off at the press of 1 button. i control VB3 organ on my phone via the s1000v and need to go back/forth between that and the internal casio piano sounds with one click.
  6. Registrations don't seem to do it. Nor do my setups. Also can't seem to find a midi CC change to toggle on off. Need a preset of some sort with local control set to off.
  7. thanks! i'll give that a try and see if i can work with that. (seems silly though that it can't be done per registration)
  8. Grrr. Registrations can store your transpose settings, but NOT the on/off status of the speakers? i wanted a simple bank of registrations for live use with speakers set to off.
  9. no need to buy another pedal a) if handy with a solder iron, reverse the wires on your pedal b) if not handy, (or want to use said pedal with other boards), just use an adapter/extension and switch the polarity on that. you can make one or buy one like below:
  10. i had it going on an ipad mini 6 (can't remember whether safari or chrome) and on a PC desktop on chrome.
  11. any number of midi apps EXCEPT for the one actually made by Casio, which, really should be the obvious choice, but instead is basically useless. Grrrr.
