Hi Robert I am facing same problem with the Silicon bush broken inside the key, it keeps broken one after another recently. I could only fetch the broken tiny pieces which is not able to get fixed in any manner. I try to see the picture of the part you posted, but somehow it is not available for download Did you manage to get that silicon bush( the rubber part mentioned), and what is the part number. it will be great if you can share some info, currently I am stuck as no dealers are nearby.
