I have a two year old PX -780M. We just tried turning it on and there is no sound when pressing the keys. The volume is turned up and there are no headphones plugged into the jack. It worked last time I turned it on. The manual does not help nor do I know who to contact for help. I tried unplugging the piano and replugging in. I also tried a factory reset. Any ideas?
