I just received and assembled a brand new PX-870. There are two groups of keys that have zero sound... about 5 keys from the lower register, and another 9 keys or so an octave higher. The keys are adjacent. Is there a factory re-set or some cables/connections to check? This seems very odd for a brand new unit. *Many thanks for any help!
