Mike are this made with the orignal samples or will there be an update to the PX5S with new ROM Samples ?

nope i have a korg ix300 connected with my Px5S so i play mono leads on the ix300 and also the drums on the ix300 and piano and the sound i like on the px5s ,...of course adding some ix300 sound to the px5 layers brings me some very nice new sounds....the ix300 also has after touch ,,,playing a guitar sound with it is very impressive ...

i have added a Korg ix300 to my PX5S and it is amazing how good the Sounds are....anyway i found there is also a Mono / Poly Setting so i tried monophonic mode and it is so cool playing solo´s with it....this are little things but the make the decisions for my next Super Synth and it will be a Korg....i think there should be a mono mode in the PX5S and the XW Series...Poeple who get a XW will get it for other reasons then the mono mode and PX5S Piano Players will get a PX5S for the Pianosound the 3 scaled Hammer mech,...and not because it has mono mode but it will make them happy ! to buy a Casio Synth or Stage Piano again....the litte cent ,,makes the difference...

MARCi went back to 1.11 without problems then i did a fresh install of 1.12 and for now it works fine......

yes px5 piano is the bread and butter of the px added the korg it makes lot of fun jamming

i have added a korg ix300 to my px5 for the styles and drums and i love it it has only 14 !mb of samples but it beats lot of sounds in the px5s better strings guitars some very cool synth sounds and nice other stuff but the rhytms are amazing to play on top of the px5.... now i really wonder why 128mb of samples in the px5 does not provide a nice strings and guitars....

I will give a try if it will Payed..i spend so much Money Last Weeks im out of my possibilty...anyway maybe i have to accept it and ...

No i don´t use aspirin after lot of doctors seems to be a burn out syndrome psychical nature well i did a lot on my PX5S with headphone but after i did the Sound test by my ENT i am shure that was stranger then the hardest PX5S sound anyway after 10 drop infusion there was a litte chance it can get better, today i am p..off still this heavy sounds in my head,,, hope it is going away with time ;(

I dont know if i do. dir with my PX5 or of it was a Break Down of myself but i have Run into a Tinnitus in both ears very loud and strange actually i can,t Play my Px5 because it. hurts in my Ears i Wonder if anyone has also Tinnitus in here playing Keyboards ???

Same to me sometime switching from One Stage to another continous tone from Old Stage until i turn px5 off

I did a downgrade from 1.12 to 1,11 wthout problems and back to1.12 try redowloading the bin maybe it is broken

Yes this goes near my idea because i try to emulate some of the wavestation sounds and others ..unfortunatly my tinitus came back this days very hard so i am a bit offtopic from my px5 until i got response from a.doctor maybe id esagerate with headphones ..

Yes but if you change some in your stage and you save it the tone is gone so if you like to recall it later or you have to save the tone from inside the stage or you have to take care to have a copy of your old stage i always save the tones i like t. Use them for other stages

i wonder if the CC gives me the possibility to trigger the LFO with the Arpeggio ...?i really miss a Sync to LFO in the HEX section this would give us more room to make rhythm tracks with the LFO synced to the keys... maybe possible in a future update ?

finaly i found a helping hand ....for getting the 1.11 thank you kgaetano,,,,well it is done no problems after resinstalling firmware 1.11 of course my button problem ms to be a hardware issue and i wonder if the buttons of the PX5 will be strong enough to survive few years... no i am going to reistall version 1.12 because i am still the opinion there was made some changes affecting the quality of sound..... P.S Question to Mike if got my PX5 from an Italian Dealer but i went back to Germany now i am here how do i repair my PX5 ? ...can i go to local dealer with my Garanty or do i have to register again on Casio Site ?

you can save the channels for each stage setting by itself ...stage setting edit. Stage..Zone Edit then Midi Edit ,there select Zone1. To 4 and set your midi channels midi out in and so on....well i am not shure for channels 5. To 16
