Hello guys.
I need help with my CTK-900. When I turn on my keyboard, its display lights up normally, but no information appears on it, and when I press its keys, no sound comes out. It's like you've lost your settings.
I tried to connect it to my laptop with the USB MIDI cable, but I can't access any data from it.
I tried to download the DATA from website: https://music.casio.com/e/data_ex3/
But, I couldn't download many of the files: Registration, Rhythm. I tried to download the "Factory Default Data", but it doesn't download either.
Is there any application needed to be able to connect the keyboard with the laptop? Is it possible to restore its settings?
