I've done numerous tests, reset the piano to factory defaults, turned it off and on with the pedal connected, I even did this test with different pedals, and the problem persists. I don't think it has anything to do with pedal polarization.

I have a cdp s100 and it has a problem, sustaining sustain all the time. The first time this happened I used clean contact on the sustain jack and it went back to normal, however, the problem happened again, and I don't know what it is. Can someone help me ?
