Hi Brad , I raised a ticket with Ableton who said that I could use it as a midi controller if laptop recognized the USB connection. Failing that i would use it connected to laptop to go through a larger set of powered speakers-I looked in my settings and didn't seem as though laptop recognized it-wondered if it needed a particular cable for connection using USB connection or if there was a better alternative? Ta Steve

Has anybody succeeded in connecting their CT S-1000V to a windows laptop to use Ableton with it. I can't get my laptop to recognize the keyboard with my USB cable? Ta Steve
