  1. Hello everyone and apologies if I am going about this post incorrectly, as I am new to this forum. I have had my PX-5s for probably around 7 years now and have been very happy with it, albeit never really learning all the quirks and functionalities it has. I have been happy using it as a good action, nice finish, keyboard. I have recently within the past half year run into the issue where my C2 key (octave below middle C) comes off much louder than the other keys. This is sometimes very pronounced and will throw off my playing, it cuts through and is quite sharp. Here I have attached an image where I used a midi recorder to record the velocity and pressed a book down on the keys so as to press the intended key and compare it with the other ones at the same force: https://imgur.com/a/iO8bIaq . As you can see the note on velocity is quite larger than the others which are all the same. My question is: Is there a fix for this? Is there: A) A way for me to lower the velocity/sensitivity of this one note, or B ) have some kind of manual fix to the key itself? I am not too well versed with the keyboard so I would appreciate any help. Thank you so much in advance.
