  1. Thanks Chas. I was looking through Mouser and got overwhelmed pretty quickly by the different types. I assumed that there was a specific sizing that would be required (i.e. OD of the plug and inner pin). Also wasn't 100% sure if there could be different setups for polarity. Although as I look I see that you may be correct that it may be fairly standard at 1.2 mm x 5.5 mm. Was holding out hope that someone had come across this before and could say, "oh yeah that is part #123ABC". Was worth a shot!
  2. I have a Casio CTK 1000. The power input pin appears to have broken off and the plug now wiggles and doesn't make good contact consistently causing me to need to tape the power wire to the keyboard to keep the unit on. I have scoured the internet and I have not been able to find a replacement part #. I have good enough soldering skills to make such a repair but I can't figure out where to find a suitable replacement. Would anyone be able to point me in a direction to find either a replacement or the specs on the broken plug? Thanks in advance
