That was it... Have never connected a midi keyboard up to computer before with anything other than a usb and that seemed counterintuitive so didn't consider it. Thanks!

Hi, Not clear but perhaps not reputable. That's what I got. I could spend more another brand. I believe Roland makes one. You feel like that's the issue? Thanks!

Hi, I found this thread and have the issue. I have an old model privia px110 with no digital display. It does have midi in/out ports. I have a USB midi interface adapter. I cannot connect to logic pro or any DAW on my PC. At least not now. I did once briefly, so I know it's possible. But since unplugging I have never again had success. Is there a function or something that needs for it to work or should it automatically switch to midi?
