I am in the process of selling my GP 500 and a potential buyer asked me about rhythm capabilities. Apparently, they have been working with a strictly electronic piano while exploring "bossa nova" type music. To my knowledge, the Grand Hybrid does not possess a specific rhythm or "beat box". I read that one could add an independent rhythm device to the GP through the "input" port. Any insight on that possibility? Also, could a person feasibly use a beatbox app through a tablet and connect that to this type of piano? I welcome your opinions.

I hadn't paid much attention before, but is there a way to change the language settings from the default "English" or is the instrument set to "English" only? I've explored the settings but to no avail. I bought the instrument in France and seem to recall resetting it to English. But my fuzzy memory tells me that perhaps I didn't do that at all. What do you know?
