GP510 Grand Hybrid stuck on Welcome screen

Same problem here (GP510) Stucked in welcome screen Only turns off by unplugging it from the outlet. Sometimes when I turn on, if pressing also the 'Enter' key, it works normally. Piano not more than 2 years old... I'm in a town in countryside of Brazil. Distant from any Casio Technical Assistance. Casio, help us please
