  1. I'm not waiting for an update. I bought the PX-5S because it does way more than my previous 88 key digital piano at half the price. It is very light, has excellent feel and action, and has fantastic piano, rhodes, wurlitzer, and clavinet sounds. It is the perfect keyboard for me and I got it for $899 CDN - I'm still blown away by that. It does so much more than I'd ever need.
  2. I've had it for several days now and I'm loving it - it's a fantastic instrument. I'm taking it out for my first jam session tomorrow night. Going to play some blues, funk, and classic rock. I've downloaded several of the stage settings and I'm especially enjoying the Vintage Keys Set from Dave Weiser and the VOX Continental V301H organ from Mike Martin. Great job guys! It's going to be super easy to carry it up the stairs too!
  3. I ordered a PX-5S last week and I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on it - should come any day now! I sold my Roland RD300sx digital piano and Fantom XR sound module since the PX-5S does what I need much better than they do, and for a lot less money! I mainly play acoustic piano, electric piano, clavinet, and organs. I'm very impressed with the PX-5S in this regard, although I'm hoping for some improved Hammond organ sounds from the Casio team in the near future. Glad to be a new member!
