Sustain pedal options for WK-6500

I'm using WK 6600. It works normally on me for the piano sounds like what piano sustains supposed to do (the sound does gradually dying away). Synths are exceptional. -
Yeah it was quite problematic fact for me as well at the first glance. But I sought a way the problem by utilizing the registration buttons to use certain tones that either layered/splitted or not layered/splitted.
