  2. Cheers Brad, I tried blowing some air but no luck, I think I'll probably get it to a service to open and clean it up (I've seen the relevant thread but I don't feel comfortable doing it myself). Thank you.
  3. Hi all, I haven't visited the forum in quite a while but thought that maybe someone can help with this. As seen in the video I'm attaching, since yesterday, every time I hit the Bb5 there's no sustain unless I press the key softly. If I hit the key hard the sound cuts off and/or the note sounds multiple times without me releasing or re-pressing the key. I've had my PX5-S for 4 years and had a similar issue with another key about a year ago but it seemed it had resolved itself until this happened. Is this just a case of opening it up and cleaning the contacts? Thanks in advance for the help. Casio key.MOV
