The 3rd highest B flat key does not play correctly - the sound does not last as long as the other black keys and sporadically, it will emit a high pitched sound that's ear piercing! We have reset it to factory settings and it didn't correct the problem. I contacted tech support and they referred me to this forum. Any ideas on how to fix? Thank you!
