Keep making the suggestions guys and Casio might get the message.  ;)  But remember, no one can have everything in one keyboard and have it for nothing.  Purchase a PX-560 or MZ-X500 for what is is at the time, not for what you wish Casio would add in an update.  I get that people want or need to stretch their money and get more of what they want without spending more on another product, but someone has to give something somewhere to make things happen.  No matter your personal feelings on what should be standard features, not everyone always shares your feelings.  Casio will take suggestions and decide.  All we can do is voice what we want to see, and let them decide.  I don't think anyone should be taking an angry or disappointed stance in posts on this forum.  It's not fair to Casio, who has given us so much for so little money already.  Rant over.  :)

With all the respect, PX-560 is within the price range where the sync functionality expected to be included. :pianny:

I am not saying it is not I have to double check it first.

  2. This is a great question.

I have reviewed User Guide, MIDI implementation and Appendix.

What I have found PX does use internal (adjustable to different time signature) synchronization but it does not help with synchronization with external devices.

Maybe the information about synchronization with external devices can be found somewhere else.

Generally there are two options for synchronization - using MIDI and audio.

If the device can be a master (in MIDI) then it supposes to be able to send clock out messages.

I would assume that PX by default in the master mode. To check this, pair it with another device in a slave mode and start some accompaniment.

You can do the reverse test in order to see whether PX reads the sync messages.

The audio synchronization is available on many devices. Normally such devices have follower functionality.

If your other instruments have the option to synchronize using audio-in then PX can serve as a master device for them.

    Good ideas 🙂

Played with precision, as usual, Sergey, 👍!

So that's still the Yamaha? No Casio anymore for you?

I still have and play my PX-360

and I am still very impressed by the quality of the GP sound

The only reason it is not in the leaving room - the loud tapping

I may record on it something bigger, but it is still in progress.

nice job !  however obvious not a b3   like most of the times with digital

keyboards  but still a Hammond sound :)

couple of moths ago I sold my Viscount DB-3  organ module   made a quick  raw  android movie clip for the buyer  ...and sold the module  just found the movie clip again  .

After that I bought the casio ct-x800 .

The  DB-3 is hooked up to the Wk-1800  midi think the sound is more close to a B3  even so on the android mic .:)

P.s dont mind my hubby's belly he said it is his trademark whhh 😛

I think JS stands for Johann Sebastian  ;)

  6. Let me disagree

I think RD is not like S from Casio.

those who has both may say whether I am right.

The keyboard is totally different (one of my favorite)

If you see some similarity it is more likely Casio goes after Roland;) ( actually I do not think anybody copying anything at all)

    RD is a travel/compact keyboard.

I was hoping they will resume 61 keys version.

    But it did not happen.

Besides of RD there is A series which also looks and feels similar to RD but it is just a controller keyboard

Hi interesting. Which software did you use to create the animation? I might use something like this. Thanks.

By the way the tune is really nice. Casio’s are nice for EDM stuff I think.

I use a combination of the software

the bars are made in Blender 2.81

    you can get it free

The second tool is DaVince Resolve16

There is a free version of it as well

I do enjoy working with both tools

I will be glad if you like it

I agree, however just curious, what brand?
The touch screen on synths maybe is not a nightmare, but close to it.
I cannot use my(Montage) without a stylus. Otherwise, it doubles/triples every touch. It is actually way too sensitive.

On PX it is not responsive as desired.
