Can the continuous sp33 pedal be set as an expression modulator? That would do a lot to mitigate not having aftertouch.
Ps. Sorry that my first post is a question, instead of an introduction. Just briefly: i am ditching my heavy playing acoustic upright to be replaced by a hollowed out, painted upright, filled with at least a mainstage Mac, novation x station and a piano. Before I found the px560 I was thinking SL88 grand, but now I am leaning strongly towards the privia. One major advantage is that I could rig the piano lid to power up stuff, so it would still function much as a piano for my kids. They would surely love the privia touchscreen and I could let them play with it without worrying about my computer.
pps. Yes, i would buy the sp33 to build it into the gutted acoustic upright. Then maybe later add other foot controls for looping.
