No someone in our group who uses it periodically decided to Google how to reset without talking to the rest of us about it😫

Tried restarting. Tried the different zones. Can't figure out why the sliders work on a few combinations but not the rest OR when plugged into our board.

Our keyboard got factory reset & now I can't get any pads to work when plugged into our board?? I want Grand Piano over Warm Pad. How do I change the presets to what I want and why can't I find 'warm pad'
