I had my Privia PX-150 for several years, completely problem free. Recently, one note lost its velocity sensitivity, so I decided to open it up and clean with compressed air after watching several very helpful videos on YouTube. All seemed fine when I put the unit back together. The problem key now worked perfectly again. However, I noticed that the top 4 keys no longer produced any sound. Thinking that I may have disturbed something when I was attending to my problem, I opened the keyboard up again, but couldn't see any thing wrong. Did anyone else have a similar problem, and if yes, what did you do to fix? I'm fairly handy, but new to taking on keyboard repairs. Thanks and very much appreciated. Perry

Hi, I just bought a brand new CDP-S100 four days ago, everything was fine during the first three days. However, when I practice today, one of the key (G4) has died, no sounds are produced when pressing it. It's a brand new piano and I couldn't find out the reason. Any advice or suggestion? Thanks in advance!

2 semitone keys not working on every 7 semitones. I don't feel this is a hardware issue like the keys are broken/dead and more of a software issue as there is a pattern to the error. -I can't do a factory reset as the key for the reset is one of the keys not working -Can one do a firmware update? My CDP-S100 is less than a year old. Thanks in advance.

I purchased an 88-keys Privia Casio PX-160 and received it today with included bundle set of stand, chair, etc. from Amazon and upon testing if all the keys are functional - 2 groups of 4 keys are unresponsive, meaning a total of 8 keys do not play sound, yet all the other 80 keys do. The first group of 4 unresponsive keys are the 4 keys from the very left of the keyboard and the other group of 4 unresponsive keys are the ones from harpsichord - string 2 . Please advise, I have tried turning the keyboard on and off and switching to different settings. I'm pretty bummed out since I was so excited to learn how to play the piano today and all the other keys are working fine, only these 8 keys are not responding.
