I have a brand new CDP-S350 and it won't mount my flash drives. They're both SanDisk (bought from a trustable seller), one 64GB, one 8GB. For the 64GB, I tried both exFAT and FAT32 (formatted on Windows 10, quick mode), the 8GB one is FAT32. Whenever I follow the procedure described on the userguide, it'll stuck forever on "Mounting..." What can I do to fix that? (Right now, I'm formatting the 64GB with exFAT on normal format to try it out).

Hi, I'm a newbie, I bought the CT-X3000. I formatted the flash drive in the keyboard. I copied the .mid file to the MUSICDAT folder, as well as the .cm2 file converted from the .mid file using "CASIO smf converter". I have shortened the file name to 2 characters. Every time after "LISTING" I have ERR NO FILE error. What am I doing wrong? BTW, what application do you recommend on the iPad for playing MIDI keyboard music with song lyrics?

What is the actual format created when one formats a USB flash drive in the PX360? Is the formatted USB flash drive compatible (readable by) with other devices, such as a laptop computer (Windows), iPad (Air 2), Yamaha keyboards (MoxF8, Mx49)? The manual provides no info on this matter. I am wondering if there is another more detailed technical manual that covers questions like this one.

New owner, struggling to accomplish something seemingly simple: 1) record a single-instrument (piano) tune 2) export it as a SMF file on the USB flash drive 3) edit the SMF file as necessary 4) re-import it to the PX-5S via the flash drive 5) play the file and make an audio recording Haven't been able to get to step 2 yet...I keep stubbing my toe on converting the recorded phrase to a song...can't get the new song to create. Any thoughts? I wish the documentation were more coherent and didn't require bouncing around all over the place! Thanks in advance!
