Casiokid
Anyone know how to extract STYLES from Yamaha Musicsoft PPF/PPI files to load into the MZ-X500? Is there a way to get around using Yamaha Expansion Manager to view these Style files It would be also be useful to know what Style derivations (*.***) members find compatible with the MZ-X500. -I've used *.sty files without problems
dfahrner
See http://www.jososoft.dk/yamaha/index.htm where there are utilities that can extract data from Yamaha styles...it's a lot of work, though, to do this and then get them into the MZX as rhythms... If the player doesn't geek on the file and it sounds fairly decent then I've had a 100% conversion rate.
