In my own case I contribute content to the forum and I answer questions when I can but I don't do either for feedback or to seek approval (which, face it, are what most people seeking feedback are hoping for). If I didn't want a conversation with some fellow humans about this music I'd just make a website that you couldn't leave comments on, put stuff on it, and walk away.
