  1. Totally cool, T, 👍‼️ That YouTube clip is awesome. We have it easy nowadays, eh? Thousands, maybe millions of sounds available at the push of a button. Hats off to electronic pioneers like Delia!
  2. Proving once again that it's not the size of your keyboard but the amount of your talent that limits you. 👍‼️
  3. Totally cool, Akshansh, 👍! The sound is very slick and professional, well done!
  4. Thanks, giano. When you think of how cartoons and claymation are made it's incredible. Disney movies and Nick Park films are the gold standard in those fields. No complex fluid movements in my vid, just a blob hopping around!
  5. This is the next to last of my old taped Casio tunes I'm putting on the CMF. I sure had a lot of fun with my Casios. I now have a Korg microSTATION because Casio shys away mini keys these days. Just in time for Valentine's Day is my vid about two lonely blobs that find luv in this crazy universe, aww 😊! Check the YouTube description if you want mo info.
  6. Hey, it's the sound of my old CT-390! Yeah, that piano is a nice bright tone. Those Casios have what I call a cool 'brash' sound. Bright clear instruments, punchy percussion and some cool accompaniments. Nice tune, Jay C, 👍‼️
  7. Thanks, Tsquare. I know I replied to this. It must have disappeared...spooky 😨! Well, let's see if this one sticks!
  8. If my count is right I have 2 more of my ol' 390 tape recordings left to upload after this one. This one here is from '95. The Casio was put through a chorus and a delay pedal and things get freaky! 🙃 Push play, baby. And take a wild ride!
  9. Ooo, that's totally beautiful, T, 👍‼️
  10. It downloaded into my Android phone totally easily. iThings suck! Android rulez!! You've been practicing, Hugh? Your soloing is even cooler than before! And it was already pretty cool, so... Double thumbs, 👍👍‼️
  11. Yeah! I love those soaring harmonies! Sounds cool, Tsquare, 👍! Everybody knows Happy Together but this freaky song is just as cool. This song is the answer to the question "where were you last night?" The answer: "UP IN THE SKY!!!!!!"
  12. Cool! Big bold brash sound, Mauro, 👍! Checked out your YT channel and left a like on The Way To Rebirth, that's some awesome soloing on that! And subbed (I'm no. 27). I urge everyone here at the CMF to check out too.
  13. The Turtle's classic in a classical / ambient style...cool, 👍! If you're up for a challenge, T, try takling the intricacies of She's My Girl. That song's a rush, man!
  14. That's really professional level playing, Tom. And beautiful too, 👍! I don't recognize any known tune in there. But it has a Debbusyesque jazzy feel. Totally cool!
  15. Ooo, that's a blast of positive vibes, Tsquare! That's a perfect mix too. Everything sounds just right. Nice, 👍!
  16. Alright, can't wait for a Casioized AFE, should be cool! If the PX560 can be a midi controller try out DRC with it. It has lots of cool presets and unlimited knob fiddling possibilities.
  17. That's some seriously good music, Tom. Like Vince Guaraldi meets Debussy...cool! Major thumbs up, 👍!
  18. That's totally cool, Tom, 👍! Has a Debussy feel to it. The title needs work, though. I think Clouds would be better than TomT120920. Just a suggestion. Nothing wrong with rambling. Hey, make it a new form...'Ramble For Piano in Fminor, Opus2'. Cool!
  19. Nice clean smooth sound that SA-76 has, Chas. Those bass notes especially sound as good as a more expensive instrument. Of course the piano has that Casio cuteness. Awww! Just makes you wanna go up to that lil Casio and pinch it's cute little cheeks! "You're a little cutie aren't you? Yes you are!" That's a pretty slick video too. That must have taken an enormous amount of work. One thumb each for the tune and the vid, 👍👍!!
  20. Great playing as usual, Sergey, 👍! The Montage obviously has a bigger more realistic sound. But for those who can only afford the Casio an effects pedal could 'embiggen' the sound I suppose. My favorite version is the oboe and strings. Now that's some relaxing music, man! I could listen to that all day. 😔
  21. I sense no struggling, Giano. Sounds smooth and well executed. 👍!
  22. Wunderbar! Nicely played, Sergey. I was thinking that Fur Elise would maybe be simple enough for me to learn how to play but after watching you playing...ooo, probably not. It would take me a year to learn it. I'll just stick to my simple riffs. Is there some Debussy in Piano Marvel, Sergey? I bet that's level 10 and beyond. Complicated stuff, and the timing is pretty tricky. Are you ready for Debussy?! Can you handle it, Sergey?! Apparently, unlike me, you're into challenges. Good luck!
  23. Casio vs. Korg, eh? IT'S ON!!!! The Casio scores a blow with it's cool angry lead synth parts, wimps out a little with the tiny guitar sound. But overall I'd say...👍‼️ Maybe some added reverb and overdrive would beef it up even more. I like it loud 'n' screechy! 😫 YEAH!!! Never heard of this group before. I'd say they sound more like Depeche Mode than Kraftwerk. They have more emotion in their music like DM. The bot boys of Kraftwerk are cold unfeeling machines. Well, musically at least.
