Skrasny
There are options called "read the modified chords" and "chord play" when one chooses song transfer (which copies the current song to the keyboard's song memory} from settings after a song is selected to play. What do these options do? What are the modified chords and how does saving the song to the keyboard relate to chord play options in the keyboard? Thanks
Skrasny
In Chordana Play's settings screen (rightmost gear icon at the top) click "other" to get a secondary screen on which there is a button called "manual" which brings up a user manual. In that manual it shows how to touch a chord name on screen (in the music score area) and get a menu to modify the chord touched. Such modifications are remembered and you may elect to play them or to play the original via the option I was curious about. There are two modes in which to look at and play stored songs, one in which the left hand part (if any) is played directly and one in which the left hand part is created on the fly by the software in the form of generated chords (ignoring any that were in the music data). Modified chords only apply to those generated chords. Chord names appear on the music score only for generated or modified chords. That is, only when the software is in chord play mode (set on by the other option I was asking about). The word "import" in the manual and other chordana play online instructions associated with song selection means to load a song into chordana play, (i.e. to make the selected song the active, current, song) . It does not mean import into the keyboard if attached. It also does not mean find an extenral file somewhere. see the app referenced user manual here https://web.casio.com/app/en/play/manual/ChordanaPlay-manual-en.pdf
