Gijoefan1976
Hello seems it would be more useful and fun to own the cdps 350 as it is more for edit than the 1000... Or is it considered weaker than the 1000 as it's missing things I can only get from the 1000... One website to me appears to make them out to being very similar? 350 has more voices than the 1000, but the 1000 has more polyphony... The 1000 has bluetooth and the 350 doesn't but since it's not data transfer it's just pretty much just like a bluetooth speaker... I get that the looks are different... Edited December 29, 2019 by Gijoefan1976 Maybe better information?
Joe Muscara
The PX-S models have 1/4" line outs, the CDP-S models only have headphone outputs. The PX-S models have much more detail in the piano modeling, and more user control over that with features like string resonance, hammer noise, etc., that you can control. Also, they model all 88 keys/notes individually. It's that detailed. There is a lot of technology from the Grand Hybrids that are in the PX-S. If you play the piano in PX-S1000 and the CDP-S350 side-by-side you will hear the difference. That being said, there's a lot to like about the CDP-S350 and it's not a bad choice at all.
